About The RoleAt Accenture Industry & Enterprise Financial Services, we work with clients across the full change life cycle, from strategy development to transformation delivery. You will help insurers across all lines of business solve challenges such as:
Strategic focus- Corporate strategy and growth opportunities - Operating model design to support new business ambitions - Strategic cost management and efficiency improvement - Buy vs. build assessments to guide investment choices Transformation focus- Designing and delivering change programs - Value management and realization - Platform and solution validation for insurance-specific needs - Business process optimization and digital enablement Insurance expertise across all linesWe work across the full insurance spectrum, and a genuine understanding of how insurance products work in practice is key - think customer journeys, core processes and operational realities across products such as Home, Motor, Accident, Life & Pension or Health.
