Role Description The مشرف ميكانيكا عام will oversee mechanical works on construction sites, ensuring installation and maintenance activities meet approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo includes daily supervision of mechanical teams, coordination with contractors and engineers, and monitoring progress against project schedules. The role involves inspecting mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related building services, identifying technical issues, and recommending corrective actions. The supervisor will prepare daily reports, verify material quality and quantities, and support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. The مشرف ميكانيكا عام will also help enforce health and safety regulations, support compliance with local codes, and assist in optimizing resource use and site productivity.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in buildings (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and general mechanical works).
* Experience supervising mechanical works on construction or real estate development projects, preferably in Cairo or similar markets.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
* Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
* Effective communication and coordination skills for working with engineers, contractors, and site teams.
* Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving technical issues.
* Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and use of project management tools.
* Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in a supervisory mechanical role within construction or real estate development is an advantage.
