Function Description
To Thrive In This Role, You Need a Strong Commitment To Maritime Safety And Operational Excellence. Here Are The Key Requirements To Join Our Bridge Team:
- Plotting safe passages, managing the navigational watch on the bridge as a skilled 2nd Officer, and handling electronic chart systems.
- Overseeing cargo operations and deck maintenance while leveraging great opportunities for career progression onboard.
- Holding a valid STCW II/1 CoC - Officer in charge of a Nav Watch and STCW IV/2 GMDSS General Operator's Certificate.
- Possessing STCW A-II/1 ECDIS, STCW VI/2 Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, and STCW VI/6-2 Designated Security Duties Training.
- Equipped with STCW VI/1 Basic Safety Training (covering Fire Prevention, Personal Survival, Elementary First Aid, and Social Responsibilities), STCW VI/3 Advanced Firefighting, STCW A-VI/4.1 Medical First Aid, and a valid STCW I/9 Medical Seafarer MLC.
