We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team and oversee key accounting functions including treasury receivables and payables taxation factory costing inventory payroll and management reporting
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge excellent analytical skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments
Key Responsibilities1. Treasury & Internal Control
- Supervise treasury operations and daily cash movements
- Review and monitor cashier transactions and supporting documents
- Ensure proper internal controls over cash and financial transactions
- Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of cash balances
2. Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR & AP)
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Monitor customer and supplier balances and ensure timely reconciliation
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payment obligations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
3. Tax Liaison & E-Invoicing Management
- Coordinate with tax authorities and handle tax-related requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
- Manage and monitor the company's electronic invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate tax records and required documentation
4. Factory Cost & Inventory Accounting
- Monitor factory costs and production-related expenses
- Analyze production costs and cost variances
- Manage inventory accounting and conduct regular reconciliations
- Coordinate with production warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure accurate cost and inventory records
5. Payroll & Expense Reimbursement
- Review payroll calculations and related accounting entries
- Ensure accurate recording of salaries deductions and employee related expenses
- Review employee expense reimbursement requests and supporting documents
- Ensure payroll and reimbursement transactions are properly documented and recorded
6. Management Reporting
- Prepare regular financial and management reports
- Provide management with accurate financial information and analysis
- Monitor key financial indicators and highlight significant variances
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Qualifications
- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with treasury, AR/AP, taxation, inventory, and cost accounting
- Good understanding of Egyptian tax requirements and e-invoicing
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in a supervisory or accounting management role is preferred
