About the Role
We are looking for a French-Speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues throughout their stay.
- Manage reservations, availability, check-ins, check-outs, and guest information.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
- Monitor guest reviews and help maintain high satisfaction and service standards.
- Assist with listing updates, property information, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and property owners to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor reservations and ensure accurate calendars across booking platforms.
- Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational updates.
Requirements
- Fluent French and English — written and spoken.
- Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- Experience with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/reservations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or occasional holidays when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international guests.
- Knowledge of STR operations and guest experience best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as PriceLabs, Slack, Google Workspace, and task-management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
