Job Opportunity: Sales Associate (Lebanon)
STARCO Holding is excited to announce a new opening within our retail group in Lebanon! We are expanding our team and looking for passionate retail talent to join one of our premier store locations.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, drive store sales, and represent our fashion brands on the retail floor in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, provide style advice, assist with product selection, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Store Operations & Checkout: Process transactions accurately at the POS, assist with stock replenishment, and help maintain store organization.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure display standards, store cleanliness, and merchandise presentations align with brand guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion or footwear background preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, a strong passion for fashion, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Location & Availability: Authorized to work in Lebanon with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
