About the Role
We're looking for a creative Interior Designer or Architect to join our design team. You'll turn client ideas into functional, beautiful spaces, working on projects from concept through to delivery. This role suits someone who loves design but also enjoys working with clients and wants to be part of the sales process, helping present ideas, win projects, and grow the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material selections
- Produce 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and renders to present your ideas
- Present designs and proposals to clients and help close new projects
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Visit sites to measure, review progress, and resolve design issues
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and finishing techniques
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong creative eye with a good sense of space, color, and materials
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to clients
- Good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects
