Company: The Beverly Hills Body Academy™
Location: Fully Remote (Egypt)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Marketing
Reports To: CEO
Works Closely With: ROXIUM INC, ROXIUM Studio, and the BHBA marketing and events teams
About Us
The Beverly Hills Body Academy™ (BHBA) is the world's first body contouring academy permanently based in Beverly Hills. Led by Dr. Alfredo Hoyos and Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, with an Academy Council of internationally recognized plastic surgeons, BHBA exists to set the standard in body contouring education through live surgery, cadaver labs, and an advanced didactic program focused on patient safety, surgeon education, and research. Our flagship Body Contouring Summit brings surgeons from around the world to Beverly Hills each year, and we're expanding our reach across the Middle East. We're looking for someone to own how that story looks and sounds on screen.
About the Role
This is an ownership role, not a support role. It is fully remote and based in Egypt. You'll own the full post-production pipeline, from receiving raw footage shot by our US and regional teams to delivering polished, platform-ready video for web, social, events, and paid campaigns. That covers editing, motion design, color, audio, and the media library behind it all.
Our content is produced in English for our global audience and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market, so this role requires someone fully bilingual who can edit, write on-screen text, and judge tone in both languages. Your audience is sophisticated: board-certified plastic surgeons and aesthetic professionals who can spot generic medical marketing instantly. We're looking for someone who has already produced premium brand video, can show the work, and can deliver independently across time zones.
What You'll Own
Editing and post-production (40%): Turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos, including Academy Council announcements, surgeon interviews, BHBA Podcast episodes, live surgery and summit recaps, gala films, and social content. Own the edit from first assembly to final delivery, including the personalized content packages we deliver to every attendee after the summit.
Motion design and animation (25%): Create animated technique explainers, lower thirds, intro and outro sequences, and graphic treatments in After Effects. Incorporate anatomical illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations where needed.
Color, audio, and finishing (15%): Color grade for a cinematic, brand-consistent look in line with the BHBA brand guide. Mix and clean audio so every deliverable sounds professional.
Media library and templates (10%): Maintain a structured, searchable media library with clean naming and version control. Build reusable templates, presets, and style guides that speed up production.
Bilingual content and localization (10%): Deliver video in English for global channels and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market. Create Arabic versions of BHBA content, including titles, captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics, adapted for Egyptian and Gulf audiences rather than translated word for word. With reasonable notice, support shoots, surgeon interviews, and events in person in the region.
Cross-functional partnership: Work remotely with the marketing and events teams in Irvine and with ROXIUM Studio to align video with summit milestones, faculty announcements, and campaigns. Keep all content accurate, educational, and consistent with BHBA's academic standards.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Compensation
Competitive monthly base salary paid in USD, plus a performance-based bonus. In addition, BHBA offers:
Growth
As performance is demonstrated, this role can expand into greater ownership of video and motion across the region, including creative direction, campaign leadership, and management of freelance editors and production resources. It has a path toward senior creative roles across the Middle East. Compensation is reviewed periodically based on performance, judgment, reliability, and business needs. Advancement and increases are not guaranteed.
Work Environment
Full-time, fully remote from Egypt. Your schedule will include at least four hours of daily overlap with our Irvine, California team (Pacific Time) for meetings and reviews. Expect occasional evening or weekend work around summits, faculty announcements, and campaigns. On occasion, and with reasonable notice, you may be asked to support events, shoots, or congresses in person in the Middle East.
