Role Description The Vehicles Electric Engineer is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and evaluating electrical and electronic systems in a wide range of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Daily tasks include conducting detailed tests on wiring, lighting, batteries, charging systems, sensors, and control units, as well as documenting findings and preparing clear technical reports. The role involves collaborating with inspection technicians and other engineers to resolve complex electrical issues and refine inspection procedures. The engineer will also help maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment, support continuous improvement of inspection standards, and provide technical guidance on emerging vehicle technologies, including hybrid and electric systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems, including wiring diagrams, control modules, sensors, and diagnostic protocols.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for vehicle electrical inspection, fault analysis, and performance verification.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, standards, and regulations related to vehicle safety and compliance.
- Proficiency in preparing clear technical reports, inspection records, and documentation for internal use and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in vehicle inspection, automotive service centers, or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Free Zone - Zarqa, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
