- Hands-on Fulfillment Onboarding: Facilitate structured onboarding for new dark store staff, pickers, packers, and operational support teams.
- Workflow Standardization: Draft and update SOPs, batch-picking guides, and packing protocols to reduce order processing times across stores.
- Floor Training & Execution: Conduct live shadow sessions, physical inventory handling demos, and hardware/software training (handheld scanners, WMS, inventory tools).
- Performance & Accuracy Tracking: Monitor picker turnaround time (TAT), error/mispack rates, and 14/30-day ramp times to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted refresher modules.
- Safety & Process Audits: Ensure full compliance with dark store safety regulations, food handling standards (where applicable), and standard operating procedures.
What you'll need:
- Experience: 1–3 years in training, coaching, or shift supervision within Q-commerce, dark stores, warehousing, or retail fulfillment hubs.
- Operational Focus: Deep understanding of picking strategies, staging, packing, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Speed & Detail: Strong focus on operational metrics (order cycle time, picking accuracy, stock replenishment).
- Communication: Clear, practical instruction style suited for fast-paced, shift-based physical operational environments.
- Languages : English & Arabic mandatory
