Job Purpose:
Own the translation of commercial plans into visible, measurable in-store execution across SharkNinja's retail footprint, ensuring the brand shows up correctly at every touchpoint, that our field team sells effectively, and that returned stock is controlled, inspected, and resolved without leaking value.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade & In-Store Execution
- Execute agreed planograms, displays, demo zones and promotional activity across assigned accounts; ensure launches land on time and in full.
- Monitor and drive on-shelf availability (OSA), share of shelf, pricing accuracy and POSM compliance; escalate gaps to the commercial team with corrective actions.
- Conduct structured store visits with documented call reports and photo evidence; maintain an execution scorecard by account and by market.
- Coordinate with retailer store management on stock replenishment, display maintenance and activation logistics.
Promoter & Brand Expert Management
- Onboard, schedule and manage the promoter / brand expert network across assigned doors, including third-party agency coordination.
- Deliver product training so every brand expert can demonstrate and sell the full range with confidence; refresh training at each new launch.
- Set and track individual sell-out targets, conversion and demo counts; review performance regularly and address underperformance.
- Control promoter cost, attendance, grooming standards and daily reporting discipline.
Returns, Inspection & After-Sales Alignment
- Receive and inspect all customer and retailer returns; classify by condition and root cause (defective, damaged, buyer's remorse, DOA).
- Maintain accurate return records and disposition: resale, refurbishment, warranty claim or write-off, in line with policy.
- Act as the operational link between Trade, Customer Care and Warehouse to close return cases within agreed SLAs.
- Analyze return trends by SKU and by account, and feed insight back to the commercial and quality teams to reduce recurrence.
Reporting
- Provide weekly sell-out, execution compliance, promoter productivity and returns reporting to the Senior Regional Expansion Manager.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
