Role Description The SR TA & Operations role at Core HR Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. This role leads end-to-end talent acquisition activities for real estate functions, including workforce planning, role profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. The person in this position manages recruitment operations, ensures compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, and supports the design and implementation of HR processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, overseeing recruitment metrics, managing external recruitment partners, and maintaining accurate talent and HR operations data. The role also supports onboarding, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to align HR operations with organizational goals in the real estate domain.
Qualifications
- * Ability to apply education and training-related skills, including Education and Assistant Teaching, to coach hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection practices.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, manage candidate interactions, and coordinate across HR and business teams.
- Analytical capabilities using Mathematics and data-driven thinking to interpret recruitment metrics, headcount plans, and operational KPIs.
- Experience Working With Children or diverse groups is beneficial for fostering inclusive, people-centered HR practices and supporting a positive employee experience.
- Proven experience in senior talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably within the real estate industry or related sectors.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment best practices, including end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, as well as MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
