We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive and commercial vehicle organisation in Kuwait for an experienced Service Manager – Commercial Vehicles to lead its service and workshop operations.
This is a senior operational role responsible for driving workshop performance, service quality, profitability, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall Commercial Vehicle Service & Workshop operation, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Lead and manage service advisors, technicians, workshop personnel and support teams.
• Monitor workshop productivity, utilisation, repair quality and turnaround times.
• Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered on time while maintaining manufacturer and service standards.
• Manage escalated customer issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Monitor and improve service revenue, labour sales, parts consumption, warranty performance and workshop profitability.
• Plan workshop manpower, tools, equipment and capacity according to business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across workshop operations and customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience within automotive or commercial vehicle service/workshop operations.
• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in commercial vehicles, trucks, buses or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, productivity and service KPIs.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing workshop/service teams.
• Commercial understanding of service revenue, labour, parts, warranty and profitability.
• Strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
• Must currently be based in Kuwait and available for local recruitment.
• Transferable Kuwait residency preferred.
