Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute manual and automated test plans and test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Working alongside the software development team to identify and document bugs and inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices.
• Assisting in the design and execution of test plans and test cases to enhance software functionality and user experience.
• Taking on diverse tasks as needed, showcasing flexibility and dedication to enhancing software quality and reliability.
• Ensure software meets quality standards
• Prepare and maintain user guides, functional documentation, and step-by-step instructions to support end users and ensure clear understanding of system features and workflows.
