**Role Description: Azalea Company is looking for an experienced and results driven Finance Director to lead its financial operations, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities**

Lead and oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations.
Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow plans, and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance, profitability, expenses, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with Lebanese accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable labor and social security requirements.
Oversee VAT, income tax, payroll-related financial obligations, NSSF contributions, and other statutory reporting.
Coordinate with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance and relevant authorities on financial and tax matters.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
Manage financial audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business growth and profitability.
Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team**.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting practices, taxation, VAT, NSSF, payroll compliance, and applicable financial regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, reporting, and financial control.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems. WHow to Apply
