• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

lead teams and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom
Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and
LWC).
• Requirement Translation: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to
translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Integration Architecture: Architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations between
Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Code Quality: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and
ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Design Leadership: Participate in design discussions and solution architecture reviews,
ensuring technical excellence in all implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep informed of Salesforce best practices and new release
features, driving continuous improvement in development processes.
Required qualifications
Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong leadership skills paired with excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
