• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in IT or integration projects, ideally
within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise: Proven track record in managing the integration of Salesforce products with legacy
systems and handling production incidents.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical documentation processes including the
development and maintenance of HLD, LLD, API specifications, and IFDD.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational
skills.
• Mindset: A proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project coordination: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets through project
life cycle; Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to gather
requirements, set project milestones, and monitor progress.
• Integration Management: Oversee and manage all integration projects between Salesforce
clouds/products and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Incident Support: Provide assistance in managing production incidents related to integrations,
ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
• Documentation: Organize, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation,
including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), API specifications, and Integration
Functional Design Documents (IFDD).
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues in integration projects and
implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with all project stakeholders,
providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Mandatory:
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or integration projects.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce products with legacy systems.
• Proven ability to manage production incidents and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Understanding of technical documentation (HLD, LLD, API specs, IFDD).
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
• PMP, ACP or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience working directly within the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with
Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• A technical background or certifications related to Salesforce or integration technologies (i.e.
Salesforce certified admin, Mulesoft…)
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for effective incident management.
