We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Coffee Specialist / Promoter to join our team for a 2-month promotional assignment. The successful candidate will represent our coffee brand, introduce customers to our products, and create an engaging and memorable coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- * Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote the coffee brand and communicate its products, qualities, flavors, and key selling points.
- Prepare and serve coffee samples while ensuring proper presentation and hygiene standards.
- Explain different coffee varieties, origins, flavors, and preparation methods to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings.
- Encourage customers to try and purchase promoted products.
- Provide recommendations based on customers' preferences.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized promotional area.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Support promotional activities, special offers, and in-store campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to the supervisor.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, retail, sales, or promotional activities* is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of coffee products and preparation is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers.
* Sales-oriented with the ability to explain and recommend products.
* Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy retail environment.
* Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
