We are looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join our development team and build intelligent applications that support business analysis and decision-making. The role combines full-stack software development with Generative AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Develop intelligent solutions that help users analyze cases, leverage historical knowledge, and identify relevant recommendations.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge augmentation techniques.
- Build AI workflows using LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks, or similar orchestration tools.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architecture.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend and frontend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Debug and resolve application issues and provide support for delivered features.
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor applications in production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Apply MLOps practices to support AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 4–6 years of professional software development experience, with mandatory hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.
- Practical experience developing both backend services and frontend applications.
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge augmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks, or similar AI orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.
- Understanding of MLOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
