Job Description The Filling Line Operator will oversee filling line activities, operate and set up production machinery, and ensure production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality standards, production efficiency, and accurate reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bechamoun.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Filling line activities with the filling supervisor to ensure the accomplishment of the production plan on time.
- Implement the production schedule on time and operate the machines at optimum speed and following quality standards.
- Control the manufacturing processes to comply with quality requirements through a commitment to the ISO standards.
- Continuously improving the production efficiency and waste reduction.
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start or end a production cycle.
- Check output to spot any machine-related non-conformity.
- Fill all production daily reports using accurate and efficient data.
- Perform additional assignments as per Group Operation Manager’s request.
