About the RoleOn behalf of a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Lebanon, XpertRx is seeking a driven, commercially agile, and results-oriented Medical Representative to join their growing commercial team.
In this role, you will drive brand advocacy, scientific detailing, and business growth across key medical specialties and retail pharmacy networks within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Field Detailing & Scientific Promotion: Conduct structured, high-impact detailing visits to targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on the clinical efficacy, benefits, and competitive advantages of the portfolio.
* Target Audience Engagement: Build, maintain, and expand strong professional relationships with key specialists, including:
* Neurosurgeons
* Orthopedic Surgeons
* Cardiologists
* Family Medicine Physicians
* Emergency Room (ER) Physicians & Hospital Departments
* Pharmacy & Channel Execution: Visit key retail and hospital pharmacies to ensure product availability, monitor stock movement, and optimize prescription flow.
* Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly territory sales targets and quantitative call KPIs.
* Market Intelligence & Reporting:* Monitor competitor activity, prescription dynamics, and market trends; submit structured daily/weekly field visit reports and CRM updates.
Candidate Qualifications & Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a closely related biomedical life sciences discipline.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven field experience as a Medical Representative in the Lebanese pharmaceutical market.
* Territory Familiarity: Solid understanding and existing HCP network across East Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan.
* Skills:*
* Strong consultative selling, scientific communication, and objection-handling skills.
* High energy, structured territory management, and self-motivation.
* Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a definite asset.
* Valid Lebanese driving license and a reliable personal car.
