Sales Representative (Lebanon)
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role for different areas in Lebanon: Beirut, Metn, Kesserwan and Jabal. The Sales Representative will actively promote Tiba Foods SAL products to existing and potential clients, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories. Daily tasks include visiting retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, presenting product lines, negotiating prices and terms, and processing orders accurately. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular sales reports, and coordinating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within one of the assigned regions of Beirut, Metn, Kesserwan and Jabal, and adapt to a fast-paced field environment.
- Solid understanding of the food and FMCG sector in Lebanon, with awareness of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products clearly and handle objections professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including route planning, visit scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) to report activities and manage client information.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
