Union Healthcare Group — through Droguerie de l'Union (DDU) and Union Pharmaceutique d'Orient (UPO) — is one of Lebanon's leading healthcare distribution groups, representing world-class principals across Pharmaceuticals, Dermato-Cosmetics & Consumer Care, Medical Technologies, and Animal Health, and serving 3,200+ pharmacies and healthcare institutions nationwide.
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to own our operation end to end — from goods arrival at our warehouse to delivery, proof of delivery (POD), collection and cash handover — as we modernize and consolidate our warehousing and distribution set-up.
What you will own
• Inbound reception and GDP/GSP-compliant storage across ambient and cold-chain zones, with Quality release and inventory accuracy
• Daily pick & pack to service levels and cut-offs, with full batch and expiry traceability
• Nationwide routing, the delivery fleet and third-party transporters, including returns and reverse logistics
• The POD cycle: every delivery closed with a validated POD, reconciled to its invoice, moving to digital POD
• Collections reconciled and handed to the cashiers daily, plus the daily and month-end closing cycle with Finance
• Customer complaints handled end to end, answered within 48 hours
• The warehouse, dispatch and driver teams: scheduling, training, coaching and performance
• The logistics budget and KPIs, lean improvement, WMS/ERP and barcode scanning, and audit readiness for MoPH and principal audits
What you bring
• 7–10 years in logistics, warehousing or distribution, including 3–5 years managing teams; pharmaceutical distribution strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of GDP/GSP, cold chain and MoPH requirements
• Hands-on WMS/ERP and route-planning experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a proven lean track record
• Process discipline and financial control: you turn SOPs into daily practice and are at ease with cash, collections and reconciliation
• Firm, fair leadership of large, mixed teams, with integrity and strict adherence to compliance
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, industrial engineering or pharmacy; APICS or Lean Six Sigma a plus
• Fluent Arabic and English; French an asset
Why join
A central operational role in a group investing heavily in its distribution backbone — consolidated delivery, digital tools and lean ways of working — with clear KPIs and direct visibility to senior management.
