Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time role based in Beirut. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual and institutional clients, understanding their trading needs, and ensuring a high standard of service. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, responding to inquiries, explaining Akros Ltd’s products and platform features, and supporting clients in navigating the MetaTrader 5 environment. The role also involves monitoring client activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring all interactions align with regulatory and company compliance standards. The Relationship Manager will prepare regular reports on client engagement and feedback to help improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.
