About the Role
OurEasyGame LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Interiors & Execution to lead a small team of architects and interior designers on fast-paced interior design and execution projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on execution experience, and the ability to coordinate teams, manage manufacturing details, and ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and deadlines.
The candidate must be based in Lebanon and willing to travel to GCC countries, primarily Saudi Arabia, when required.
Key Responsibilities
- * Lead and coordinate a small team of architects and interior designers.
- Manage interior design and execution projects from technical development through site installation.
- Oversee technical coordination and resolve design and execution challenges.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical drawings, and manufacturing details.
- Coordinate joinery, millwork, metalwork, stonework, and other interior finishing elements.
- Supervise site execution, installation, and quality control.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and weekly deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all project stages.
- Travel to GCC project sites, mainly in Saudi Arabia, as required.
Requirements
- * Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, interior design execution, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out and execution processes.
- Proven experience with shop drawings, manufacturing details, joinery, millwork, metal, and stone.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple project deliverables.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in Lebanon and available for GCC project travel, mainly to Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Working Conditions Work Location: On-site in Zalka, Lebanon
