Role Description This part time Insurance Sales role is a hybrid position based in El Hamra, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate insurance products, including health and other lines of coverage. Daily activities include preparing quotations, explaining policy terms, supporting clients through enrollment and renewal processes, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also requires ongoing follow-up, handling inquiries and claims-related questions, and collaborating with internal teams and partner insurers to ensure timely, high-quality service. The Insurance Sales professional is expected to build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
* Knowledge of Insurance products, including Health Insurance, and the ability to explain coverage options clearly.
* Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and professional communication.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and tasks both on-site in El Hamra and remotely.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort in working toward defined sales targets.
* Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools for managing client information and sales activity.
* Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred.
* Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
