Role Description This full-time, on-site Automotive Specialist role is based in Furn Ech-Chebbak. The Automotive Specialist will diagnose and repair a range of vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, and conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include using diagnostic tools, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, and recommending appropriate repair solutions. The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating clearly with service advisors and customers, and adhering to company and industry safety protocols. Automotive Specialists are expected to collaborate with colleagues, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and stay current with new automotive technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components, with hands-on experience in diagnosis and repair.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment, tools, and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, with the capability to follow service procedures and technical manuals precisely.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues and repair options clearly to team members and customers.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality control, ensuring all work meets regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive technology; professional automotive licenses or manufacturer training are an advantage.
- Proven experience in an automotive workshop, dealership, or service center environment, preferably within KSA or the region.
- Ability to work on-site in Furn Ech-Chebbak, manage time efficiently, and contribute positively within a team setting.
