About Us:
- ShlenPower builds digital products across AI, Web3 and the creator economy. We are hiring one Senior Product Manager to take full responsibility for product management across Attractor and Dlicom. Attractor is an AI platform for creators and businesses. Dlicom is a social and wallet app with creator monetisation. You will be the sole person responsible for the product function across both businesses, including the Product Owner work. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will do the research and business analysis, shape the products, write the roadmaps and requirements, define the user journeys, work through delivery with the teams and measure what happens after release. You will work in our Dubai office with company leadership, engineering, design and growth.
What you will own:
- Personally turn company goals, market research and user research into a clear product direction and a focused roadmap for each product. Explain who the user is, what problem matters now, how the product will earn money, whether the unit economics can work and what evidence would change the plan.
- Map the full journey from first visit to first useful action, payment and repeat use. Identify where people drop out and work with growth and marketing to improve the experience after acquisition.
- Conduct user and customer discovery, competitor research and business analysis yourself. Test important assumptions before committing development time, and make a clear recommendation when the evidence is incomplete.
- Write the PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release scope. Sketch the experience and work with design on screens. Work with engineers on implementation choices. Keep the product sections of whitepapers and other company materials accurate.
- Work directly with engineering, design and QA each day. Resolve ambiguity early, make trade-offs visible, keep the backlog usable and accept releases against the agreed user outcome.
- Define product events and review funnels, cohorts, retention, payment conversion and repeat revenue separately for Attractor and Dlicom. Investigate data quality before calling a feature successful.
- Evaluate where AI improves the user experience, including model quality, evaluation, latency, cost and human review. For Web3 flows, understand wallets, transaction states, smart contracts and the choice between on-chain and off-chain work well enough to make sound product decisions with engineers.
- Bring risks, missed assumptions and weak results to leadership with a proposed decision. Challenge a founder's idea when the evidence calls for it, and explain your reasoning.
What we need from you:
- At least five years owning software products from discovery through launch and improvement, with regular work alongside developers. You have personally done the research, planning, requirements and analysis that make delivery possible.
- A track record in both AI and Web3 products. Show at least one product in each field that reached sustained use or paid adoption, what you personally did, and how you measured the result.
- Strong product judgement across user value, commercial viability, usability and technical feasibility. You can shape an ambiguous idea into a workable product and cut scope when the case for a feature is weak. You can manage two product roadmaps without waiting for someone else to define the work.
- Fluency with product analytics, experiments, user interviews and cohort analysis. You can separate traffic from activation, and first payment from repeat payment.
- Enough technical depth to discuss APIs, data flows, integrations, AI systems and blockchain transactions without relying on someone else to translate every decision.
- Experience with creator monetisation, social products, subscriptions or marketplaces is valuable. Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Ability to work full time from our Dubai office.
How we will assess success:
- In your first 90 days, we expect a clear baseline for each product's user and revenue journey, a prioritised roadmap tied to business goals, complete journeys and requirements for the work under way, and a regular review of releases against actual behaviour. You should be able to show which assumptions you tested, what the team shipped, what users did, and what you recommend changing next. Targets will be set after the baseline and delivery capacity are confirmed.
