Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee a broad range of HR functions for real estate operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo and involves partnering with leadership and managers to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, managing payroll inputs and employee benefits, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. The role will also focus on developing and updating HR processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement and retention strategies. The Senior HR Generalist will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within the real estate business, providing data-driven HR insights and solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in a generalist role.
* Proficiency in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies and procedures.
* Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with payroll and providers.
* Proven experience working within the real estate sector, supporting diverse roles and functions.
* Thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance in Egypt.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities, including experience with HRIS and reporting tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and operate with integrity and discretion.
