Role Description As a Senior Florist at Ren Gift & Flowers, you will lead the creation of sophisticated floral designs and arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing the full lifecycle of floral production, including selecting and conditioning flowers, planning designs, and ensuring timely completion of orders. You will consult with customers to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations on styles, colors, and themes. The Senior Florist will oversee decoration setups for events and in-store displays, maintain inventory and quality standards, and support the training and guidance of junior team members. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth workflow is an important part of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with experience creating designs for a variety of occasions and styles.
* High level of Creativity Skills, including the ability to develop new concepts, color palettes, and decorative themes.
* Proficient Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen, advise, and respond professionally to diverse client needs.
* Experience in event and space Decoration, including onsite setup and coordination under time constraints.
* Several years of professional florist experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
* Knowledge of flower care, handling, and preservation techniques, including seasonal varieties.
* Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as required by business needs.
* Basic proficiency in point-of-sale or order management systems; previous retail or gift shop experience is an advantage.
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial in a multicultural environment.
