We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to medium to large-scale projects, with a strong focus on Healthcare / Hospital projects, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate Architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform and manage Clash Detection & Clash Coordination using Navisworks.
• Review, track, and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
• Prepare BIM models for Design, Coordination, Construction Documentation, and As-Built stages.
• Generate accurate construction drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Implement project BEP, ISO 19650 principles, BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Review models, drawings, and specifications to identify conflicts, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Prepare, review, and validate BOQs and quantity takeoffs, ensuring alignment between BIM models, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity measurement and verification and ensure the accuracy and consistency of extracted quantities.
• Apply CSI MasterFormat principles for proper organization and classification of project information where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian and Saudi codes and regulations.
• Support BIM Quality Control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful BIM delivery.
🔹 Requirements
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM.
• Proven experience in Hospital / Healthcare projects — mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong experience with Navisworks for Clash Detection and BIM Coordination.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination with Structural & MEP teams.
• Experience delivering detailed BIM models up to LOD 400–500.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, BEP, BIM standards, and protocols.
• Good understanding and practical application of ISO 19650 principles and information management workflows.
• Familiarity with CSI MasterFormat and construction specification classification systems.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity takeoff, measurement, and quantity verification, with the ability to extract and validate quantities from BIM models and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian & Saudi building codes and regulations.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
