Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by identifying sales opportunities, presenting product offerings, and negotiating agreements. Daily activities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing feedback to improve pricing and product positioning. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, participate in customer visits and product presentations, and contribute to meeting revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with an understanding of Sales Management principles to drive revenue and manage a customer portfolio.
- Ability to deliver Training related to products and processes to customers or internal team members when needed.
- Knowledge of agricultural or food export markets, including basic understanding of international trade and logistics, is beneficial.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
