Role Description The Room Service Server is a full-time, on-site role based at JW Marriott Hotel Muscat. This role is responsible for taking and processing in-room dining orders, accurately entering requests, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery. The Room Service Server sets up trays and trolleys according to hotel standards, delivers food and beverages to guest rooms, and presents checks while handling payments in a professional manner. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of room service areas, restocking supplies, and following food safety and hotel hygiene procedures. The role also involves responding to guest inquiries, addressing special requests, and collaborating with other hotel departments to support a seamless guest experience.
