We are seeking an experienced and professional Reservations Agent to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in flight and hotel reservations.
Proven experience with GDS reservation systems, including Sabre, Amadeus, and other reservation platforms.
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fares, rebooking, cancellations, ticket issuance, and hotel reservations.
Hands-on experience with hotel reservation systems and online booking platforms.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple reservations efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
