**HR & Recruitment Specialist

El Raafat Group is an established electrical supplies trading and distribution company with nearly 30 years of experience. As part of our organizational growth and restructuring, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment activities and help build a structured HR function.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with department managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

Support onboarding and employee documentation.

Assist in developing Job Descriptions and basic HR processes.

Support manpower planning and identify staffing needs.

Assist with HR operations, policies, and employee records.
Requirements
-
2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or HR Generalist roles.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.

Experience managing multiple vacancies.

Good knowledge of HR documentation and basic HR operations.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in trading, distribution, retail, industrial, or technical companies is a plus.

Experience building or improving HR processes from scratch is highly preferred.
