Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, and managing client relationships throughout the transaction cycle. Daily tasks include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating the sale or lease process to completion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying current with local real estate trends and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing activities and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and proven ability to close deals in competitive markets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market dynamics.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as a real estate agent or broker, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM systems, and fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, maintain a professional appearance, and hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
