We are seeking an experienced QS Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting Fit-Out and construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
- Prepare and verify quantities for client invoices and payment applications.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to verify executed quantities and completed works.
- Prepare quantity measurements and supporting documents for client billing.
- Review BOQs and identify discrepancies, missing items, and scope variations.
- Track and document variations and additional works for client billing.
- Maintain accurate quantity records, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.
- Previous experience in Fit-Out projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement, BOQ, and client billing.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience working with clients and project teams in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
