This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program
The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute project installation activities and establish schedules according to project requirements.
- Manage site teams and ensure installation work meets quality, schedule, and client specifications.
- Monitor project execution to ensure completion within approved budget, resources, and contractual scope.
- Ensure compliance with technical requirements, approved drawings, contract documents, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams and provide technical support.
- Monitor site progress, prepare schedule/progress reports, and follow up on project deliverables.
- Estimate and allocate required resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
- Support tender preparation, claims, project cash flow, and client payment follow-up.
- Ensure site safety requirements are implemented and monitor incidents and corrective actions.
- Track project performance metrics and identify and follow up on required corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
- Computer/Technical Skills: MS Office - MS Project - Primavera - AutoCAD
