Reports to: Program Manager, Career Development Department (CDD)
Purpose:
Supervise and coordinate certificates, courses and programs in the department as well as maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders This includes planning and managing activities, implementing program policies and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure quality implementation, sustain and increase business.
Responsibilities:
- Program Operations: Supervise the implementation of programs in Cairo and other governorates. Monitor program progress and evaluate participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and impact, then prepare reports on program outcomes, enrollment trends, and participant feedback.
- Program Development & Marketing: Collaborate with the assistant director and other stakeholders to identify and develop new programs. Assist with market research to identify emerging trends, industry needs, and target audiences. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent and promote the school and its programs.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their learning journey. Respond to inquiries related to program content, registration, and other administrative matters. Assist with student enrollment, including registration and payment processing. Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, professional associations, and other educational institutions.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience
- Several years of experience in program management, preferably in a continuing education or adult learning environment
Skills:
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to promote continuing education programs is an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
