We are looking for a highly motivated Production Planner to join our team in Zekrit – Matn District, Lebanon.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- * Coordinate production workflow according to production plans and customer demand.
- Plan and prioritize operations to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
- Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production targets.
- Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
- Monitor production output, including finished goods, productivity, and defect rates.
- Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Review purchase orders and develop effective production schedules.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Coordinate production activities based on the availability of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Adjust production schedules as needed to ensure customer deadlines are met.
🔹 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience* as a Production Planner or in a similar production planning role.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control principles.
* Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
