OverviewBreakThrough is redefining PT — highly-specialized physical therapists, industry-leading continuing education, and one of the highest concentrations of board-certified clinicians in the area.
Join a team with real clinical depth. Our Fayetteville – Village Drive clinic includes five therapists holding doctoral degrees in physical therapy, plus Astym-certified providers on staff. You'll treat a genuinely broad outpatient caseload — orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, post-COVID recovery, and workplace injury rehab.
Real growth, whatever stage you're at. We build mentorship into the job — structured, hands-on support and industry-leading continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM), including board certification support as you build your own specialty. If you're an experienced clinician, you'll find genuine autonomy here, the respect of a team that values what you already bring, and real room to mentor others as you continue shaping your career on your terms.
Build where you live, in a city investing in itself. Fayetteville is home to Fort Liberty and Methodist University, giving you a deeply rooted community to serve. Downtown is in the middle of a real moment — active revitalization bringing new public art, walkability, and a wave of new restaurants and small businesses to the area.
