*WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. * Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist. * At least two (2) years of experience in cognitive rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, human performance, or a related field. * Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in at least one U.S. state or territory. * Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). * Experience working with tactical, military, elite athletic, or high-performance populations. * Experience with neurocognitive testing platforms and performance data interpretation.
