Responsibilities:
well Knowledge In MEP Works (Plumbing , HVAC Systems ,Fire fighting Lighting ,power and light current Systems)Lead the execution and management of MEP systems Develop and review MEP design calculations, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements and industry standardsConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and applicable codesCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designsManage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical issuesOversee the selection and specification of materials and equipment for MEP systemsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating schedules and resources effectivelyConduct energy modeling and analysis to promote energy efficiency and sustainability in designStay current on emerging technologies, trends, and regulations in the MEP field to enhance engineering practicesPrepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project documentation to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field6 to 8 years of experience in MEP design and construction workkills in Plumbing and the design of Building ServicesExperience and in-depth knowledge of MEP Coordination and its associated workflowsKnowledge and skills in Electrical Engineering, as well as MEP design and construction workflowsKnowledge and skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and construction workflowsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and project managersFamiliarity with BIM and MEP software is highly desirable
