Role Description The Medical Manager role at Belladama Aesthetic IRAQ is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad. The Medical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensure adherence to medical and safety protocols, and provide guidance on aesthetic treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising medical staff, reviewing patient cases, supporting clinical decision-making, and monitoring treatment outcomes. The role involves coordinating training for clinical team members, collaborating with management on service development, and contributing to the implementation of evidence-based practices. The Medical Manager will also participate in medical affairs activities, support clinical research initiatives, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Medicine, with experience in aesthetic or dermatologic practice.
* Demonstrated expertise in Medical Affairs, including protocol oversight and compliance with clinical standards.
* Experience in Training clinical staff, delivering medical education, and supporting professional development.
* Competence in Clinical Research and Research, including data collection, outcome evaluation, and evidence-based practice.
* Relevant medical degree and valid license to practice, in line with local regulations.
* Proven leadership and team management skills in a clinical setting.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; familiarity with international medical guidelines is an advantage.
