Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Account customer service role located in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The role focuses on supporting customers with medical-related inquiries, clarifying account information, and guiding them through services and procedures in a clear and professional manner. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to questions related to medical accounts, documenting interactions accurately, and following established protocols and compliance standards. The individual will also collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, escalate cases when necessary, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong B2/C1 English communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge in general Medicine and familiarity with medical terminology.
* Understanding of Cardiology concepts and the ability to communicate related information clearly.
* Basic awareness of Orthopedic Surgery procedures and associated treatments.
* Knowledge of Treatment processes, care pathways, and patient support considerations.
* General understanding of Neurology-related conditions and services.
* Strong B2/C1 English level with clear verbal and written communication skills.
* High school diploma, current university enrollment, or recent graduation; open to graduates and individuals who have paused their studies.
* Customer service orientation, active listening skills, and ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
* Accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured procedures and compliance guidelines.
* Willingness to work on-site in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza, and to work rotating shifts as needed.
