Role Description The Mechanical Designer Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, responsible for leading mechanical design activities from initial concept through detailed documentation. The person in this role will create and review technical drawings, develop machine and component designs, and guide the use of CAD tools to ensure accurate and efficient modeling. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with engineers and project managers, validating designs against performance and safety criteria, and overseeing design changes and updates. The Mechanical Designer Lead will support R&D initiatives, provide technical guidance to junior designers, and contribute to standardizing design processes and best practices across projects.
