Role Description The Master Planning and Landscape Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour. The role involves developing comprehensive master plans for residential and commercial projects, including site layout, land-use allocation, circulation networks, and integration with surrounding urban fabric. The engineer will design landscape concepts and detailed drawings, ensuring functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces aligned with project objectives and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architecture, structural, and MEP teams; preparing technical documents, reports, and presentations; and reviewing designs to optimize land utilization, infrastructure, and environmental performance. The role also includes monitoring project progress related to planning and landscape works, supporting tender documents, and contributing to design revisions based on stakeholder input, site conditions, and budget considerations.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess skills in Planning and Production Planning to develop efficient master plans, allocate land uses, and coordinate project phases and resource utilization.
* Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate site constraints, assess environmental and regulatory requirements, and propose effective design solutions.
* Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare clear documentation, and present plans and landscape concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Candidates should possess Project Control skills to track planning and landscape deliverables, monitor schedules and quality, and support alignment with overall project budgets and timelines.
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Relevant experience in master planning and landscape design for residential and mixed-use developments, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Proficiency in design and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools, 3D modeling, and landscape design applications) and familiarity with local building codes and zoning regulations.
* Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining attention to detail and quality
