Egybell is hiring a Marketing Manager for a leading insurance company located in Mohandeseen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with corporate objectives, budget constraints, and long-term business goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms to highlight products and services.
- Manage the overall brand portfolio, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across all marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and direct marketing sub-teams (including Digital Marketing, Content, PR, and traditional marketing functions) to foster innovation and high performance.
- Analyze overall marketing performance, measure ROI against high-level KPIs, and report strategic results to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Product Development, Compliance) to align marketing initiatives with business needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to maintain Company’s competitive edge.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, targeted messaging, and communications tailored to diverse client segments and brand guidelines.
- Direct market research activities to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and understand evolving consumer needs in the insurance sector.
- Ensure all marketing activities and campaigns adhere strictly to Permanent Supervision, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Formulate and manage the annual marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation across channels for maximum return on investment.
- Follow internal policies and external regulations to maintain full compliance with local and international standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred
Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Proficient English, both spoken and written.
Expert command of modern marketing principles, brand management, and strategic planning, with comprehensive knowledge of insurance-related services.
Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital ecosystems (SEO/SEM), traditional media, and public relations.
Technologically adaptable, with a solid grasp of marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
Strong strategic approach to creative direction, content development, and brand storytelling.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Advanced use of MS Office and executive productivity software.
Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for stakeholders and leadership.
Proven leadership and interpersonal capabilities to guide, mentor, and motivate team members.
Ability to excel under high pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.
