POSITION SUMMARY
As EMEA Junior Product Manager, you will be part of the Vascular and Emergency Medicine (VEM) business unit. You will be responsible for the vascular peripheral ranges, which are part of the vascular Access portfolio. Your role involves developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing activities to maximize sales across the region. You will collaborate with and drive multi-disciplinary team activities involving country sales teams, support teams, and the Global Business Unit. You will report to the Marketing Manager in charge of the Peripheral Access portfolio.
Candidate can be based in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, UK.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate market opportunities for current and future products and evaluate market potential within the assigned ranges.
- Develop business and marketing plans, including market development, sales promotions, distribution, pricing, sales forecasts, and analysis of market trends.
- Oversee all list pricing in EMEA, monitoring actual ASPs (Average Selling Prices) and gross margins by country, and executing annual pricing policy amendments.
- Plan and coordinate new product launches, obsolescence programs, and product updates. Lead all communications, support materials, and deliverables to ensure successful market penetration.
- Partner with the Operational Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment on product lifecycle management, demand management, and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with the Communication and Digital teams to develop omnichannel marketing strategies and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Medical Affairs department to align on product promotion, marketing material and organize/conduct workshops, meetings, trainings.
- Monitor competitor activity within EMEA to develop effective positioning and competitive strategies for the sales force.
- Engage directly with customers and KOLs to identify unmet needs and ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the clinical reality of the field.
- Maintain strong relationships with country sales teams, providing them with the necessary clinical tools, training, and feedback loops to achieve local targets.
- Review customer feedback and quality complaints, proactively relaying information to the appropriate departments with consistent follow-up.
- Conduct field activity in partnership with the local teams, attend international or key local congresses to represent the product lines and gather regional market intelligence.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2–3 years in Product Management or Marketing. Experience in Vascular Access is a plus.
- Education: Master’s degree level required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experienced in using Salesforce and Power BI to analyse data and present outcomes effectively.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize information quickly and multi-task to meet commitments; must work independently and accept accountability.
- Public Speaking: Strong presentation skills with the capacity to present effectively to large groups and clinical stakeholders.
