We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on IT Manager to lead the technology function across AlphaMind's growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise IT leadership, digital transformation, and systems governance with the ability to translate complex technology needs into practical, scalable solutions across a multi-site hospitality environment.
Position Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesIT Strategy & Digital Transformation
- * Develop and execute the group's IT strategy, aligning technology investments with business objectives across all venues and corporate functions.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI adoption, workflow automation, and process innovation to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve guest experience, operational performance, and business decision-making.
- Design and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, data security protocols, and disaster recovery plans across the organisation.
Systems & Infrastructure Leadership
- * Oversee the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems including POS, reservation platforms, payroll, accounting, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and back-office software.
- Manage system integrations across platforms — ensuring seamless data flow between operations, finance, HR, and reporting tools.
- Build and maintain IT infrastructure for new venue openings, from pre-opening planning through go-live and ongoing support.
- Administer platform operations including system upgrades, user access management, security controls, backup procedures, and data quality assurance.
Helpdesk & Operational Support
- * Own the IT helpdesk function, defining service workflows, escalation paths, SLAs, and performance standards across all venues.
- Act as the senior point of contact for technology issues across restaurants and hospitality venues, working closely with General Managers and Operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide training and hands-on support to venue staff and management on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- * Manage relationships with external vendors, software providers, and service partners — negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR to align technology initiatives with broader business priorities.
- Produce management dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analyses to support executive decision-making and operational visibility.
Budget & Governance
- * Own the IT budget, procurement, and hardware and software asset inventory across the group.
- Establish structured asset management, classification standards, and lifecycle governance across all IT systems and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities, system performance, and operational controls.
Qualifications And Experience
- * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a senior IT management or digital transformation leadership role.
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT implementations, system migrations, and digital transformation programmes across complex, multi-site environments.
- Strong background in helpdesk operations, systems governance, vendor management, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and business systems integration is highly valued.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology — with a track record of identifying and implementing practical digital solutions.
- Solid understanding of IT governance, data security, SLA management, and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or service-industry IT is an advantage but not a requirement for the right profile.
